Return shipment if defect
This is how it works:
- If an ordered product has a defect or fault or you have received the wrong item, we will of course cover the costs for the return and provide a replacement.

It is important to describe the defects in as much detail as possible and upload detailed pictures if required. - Our customer service team will process your return as quickly as possible and inform you of the next steps.
