Return shipment if not satisfied

This is how it works:

1. We offer a 1-month right of withdrawal. If you don't like the goods after all or have changed your mind, you can return the products you ordered.
   
   We can only take back products that have already been shipped if the hygiene seal is intact and the item has not been used. Products without a hygiene seal, such as fashion, are excluded from this rule.
2. To speed up the process, please complete the form and optionally tell us the reason for your return.
3. Our customer service team will process your return as quickly as possible and inform you of the next steps.
4. As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive a message from us.
